Holbein Artists Coloured Pencil Blender is a colourless pencil that adds luster to your drawing surface. Applied over colours pencils, it will help pigments penetrate the unevenness of the paper grain, making your colours stand out more vividly. It is smooth, easy to apply and blends seamlessly.
